The church is at the top of a rather steep hill, but is worth the climb to see. There is no fee for the actual concert, but there is a fee to park your car in the headquarters of the park. You then take a shuttle bus into the park. Or, you can park on the streets coming into town, if you can find a spot. NOTE: There is a detour to get into Harpers Ferry right now.
